in order to get a .com one you need to contact support before ording...and for every redemption you need to have at least 1 point more....for example for the 1st redemption you need 2001..

what does you redemption summary say??? The points are taken off right away and usually takes about 2 weeks to get here

I do not have a redemption summary at all....I left a ticket with the help desk through this link...
