Tthe place I would move to is only a room but you can cook and they have daily maid service. However its only $450 a month including hydro and cable. Perfect for me and I have stayed there before. My aunt wont like it but its fine for me.
Happy Wednesday, everyone!

happy hump day everyone. :hello:
So went to food bank here this morning for first time ever. Even though I have in Vancouver in the past. They do it by points system and since I'm single get 15 points. Not bad because some stuff is 1-3 points and lots is 3-6 items for a point. 2 people help you out, 1 guy puts in bag what you point to and the other guy keeps track of points. Since it was my first time he let me take way more than normal. The guy helping me kept asking ok how many points does he have now and he kept saying he still has 15 points and there were already like 8 items in my cart lol. He was like I was gonna let him take extra but you're going nuts(with big smile on his face). Then when I finally hit 15 points the guy says 1 moment and puts 2 4 pack of puddings in my cart and a huge bag of maynards candy. I said thank you so many times and they were both like I'm gald you're happy. and then was like dont forget your bag of breads which don't take any points which had 2 loafs of bread, 6 bagles, 6 muffins and a rasin bread in it. ;)
Happy hump day everyone. Only two more sleeps until the weekend. :)
Awesome Cabbie! It's great when you meet kind people.
No doubt that will help you out, while you're in between jobs.
Yeah was a big help and I should get almost $300 from Tim Hortons fri. I saw one guy leave with a frozen pizza but by the time I got up there no more pizza lol no biggie but geez they had some good stuff there. I once needed to utilize a soup kitchen in Calgary and was second in line grabbed my soup and then the worker was like oops I forgot the ribs and you hear everyone say ribs? He ran to the oven and pulled out all these huge racks of ribs. I sat down and one guy was like hey mike take mine too. I said are you sure you don't want them and he said no I'm afraid of mad cow disease. The guy next to me shook his head and was like jesus christ f'n mad cow disease you're an idiot lol. ;)
Awesome. Great to know there are people/organizations there for each other when you need them. :)

Cabbie, glad to hear that you swung by the food bank and got a cartload of grocery and goodies. The people who work there are very organised. Impressive:top:
Good morning everyone, have a beautiful day.
Morning all.
