Nothing much to do today, scoping out low carb recipes and preparing to have our grandson for a sleepover tonight as his Mom and Dad have a staff "do", and young people don't seem to feel too well the next morning after one of those...although if her foot is giving her grief, as it still is, it may be an early night for them.
