Little sneak...scared me for a sec, I thought he'd missed his tee-off time! He's golfing twice today so I have the whole day to myself. I have a little more knitting to do....some painting homework before class on Thursday, then we're onto painting the rocks!! Last class until September...:sad:
But!! It's sunny out there for a change, so all's well!!!

I got mixed up on days, because our son usually comes twice per week for supper - always Sunday, and usually Thursday. But he was here Sunday, and yesterday - and will be coming tonight. I'm happy with that! We love having him, he said he has no money for groceries, but won't take any cash, so I'll just feed him suppers - and give him food for breakfast, lunches, and snacks.
That's really nice of you Nat. What mothers will do for our kids has no boundaries. Our kids are precious, and we help in whatever way we can. :)

Hi everyone! I am back on our chatty chatty forum. Lol
Every once in a while i get lazy and stop coming here. Then i get a kick in the tushie from lynn and it leaves me with no other excuse to stay away from our thread. :lolsign:
I see that everyone is enjoying the sunshine but not so much the heat. It is really getting very hot these days. But on our beautiful island the weather is still confused. In the morning and at night it gets very cold. Last night we switched off our air conditioners, fans and closed our windows. Slept nicely in our warm blankets. But during the day it gets very hot. We can't decide if we should wear warmer clothes or lighter ones when we go out for a whole day. :omg:
Getting ready for work watching border security lol. Wanted to see how long it takes me to walk home from work. Left work at 12.59am got home at 1.04am, nice commute. ;)

Remember games at recess like dodge ball & four square?
& after school did you ever play a game of truth or dare?
Remember the NFB movies that were a reprieve from the usual grind?
& did you always do all your homework in the way it was assigned?
Did you ever make paper mache masks or sketch with india ink?
& did your class have a picture of the Queen & a stainless steel sink?
Do they still perform experiments & do they still use Bunsen burners?
Do you ever miss the days when we were eager little learners?

I am soooo busy these days. My hubby and I have decided that i should start studying now. These days i am refreshing my mathematics basics to pass math assessment at my nearest college. Once i pass my math and English assessment then i'll be able to register in business administration certificate course.
Life is going prettttttyyyy fast. The only social activity in my life is what i do at SC. Lol.
