@Redneck Charger - Thoughts and prayers with you today RNC. It'll be an emotional day, but I find those days just draining, and usually sleep like a log that night. I hope you do too.
@Lynn49 - you certainly put a lot of time and effort into your sewing and knitting projects. But now that you have all the material for that quilt, have fun sewing it. Once it's done, please post a picture.
@Natalka - I hope you feel more yourself later today, and are not getting really sick.
I'm sorry about your Mom's tea cups. That's sad.
Me, I don't drink tea, so don't have many, only a few of my Mom's for company.
I HAD all my Mom's once upon a time, but a few years ago, gave them to my sister, who had a collection. When she moved, the box of tea cups were crushed in the moving van. Not a one survived. :(
Boy, can you tell @walkonby is feeling better. You can almost 'hear' her smile in her posts. :)
I got about 5 hours sleep last night. Now, if I could add about 3 to that, I'd be happy.
Believe it or not, it's suppose to go up to +13 today, then dropping to 0 tonight.
I'm really liking this winter. :)

22Hicks, having a new sewing machine that just purrs along makes such a difference!! I really look forward to sewing like I used to! And yes...I'll post a pic of the quilt when it's finished.
As for those crushed teacups...what a heartbreak for your Sister!! We wonder why things like that have to happen...at least I do... I'm still holding on to so many of my Mom's things; I know she wouldn't want me burdened with them, storing them, but I just can't seem to part with them....
RNC...what a tough day ahead for you...I wish you strength and peace, my Friend....
Hicks......we got hit with MORE snow overnight!! We have more snow this year in the one month of the crap than we had all last year! Hubby's had the snowblower out more this year than last...perhaps only once iirc, last year...oh, this won't all melt until mid June!!! Up to +4 today, so I hope some of that crap dies!!
