I agree Abby, November can be a long month, people getting used to the cold weather again, traffic jams and accidents as they remember HOW TO DRIVE....and their snow tires need to be put back on :lolsign: For me, I welcome the cold weather in a way, as that means it's time to hit the road again and move to warmer climates and I get to meet up with friends I have missed over the summer months.

Well, I had just gotten off the puter about a half hour ago to take a break from here, and watch some tv - well, cable is doing upgrades, so nothing there. GAH! Their 'few minutes' is over a half hour already...
I just wanted a change of pace - when I watch tv, I go over flyers, coupons - sort through junk, etc.

Oh, Abby, I've been stuck with that for days, already - it's been just awful! Mind you, husband and son enjoy my enforced silence - and give me heck when I try to talk.... well, croak, actually.
I had to answer the phone because it was our parish priest calling - gah, it was just awful! He felt so badly for me...

Snowing to beat the band now - it's SO pretty to look at, really big flakes, coming down at different angles. It's so FLUFFY!
I'm so grateful to not have to go out and drive, though - it rained last evening a bit before the snow came.

Morning all....it's way to early here. I cooked all day yesterday and was exhausted by 7 :eek: yes people I said 7pm... I went up to the bedroom to watch a little tv while dh cleaned up the kitchen and did the dishes and I fell asleep. Here it is 4:51, but I;ve been up since just after 3, had 2 coffee's already, now I'm thinking of a latte.....

Morning Nat, I'm just watching the news here, omg....BLACK FRIDAY MAYHEM... I'm so tempted to go to steinmart today after the gym. I got this scratch ticket in yesterdays paper and it is for $10, up to $100 off your purchase. You have to have the store personal scratch it for you, but the fine print says if your ticket is for more than your purchase,, then you can suspend your order and go and get more stuff, but no cashback. And.......there is no minimum purchase. If you buy something for $10.25 you pay only .25, but if your ticket is for more, you can go get more stuff!
I wonder how many people bother to read the fine print, I can't stand it, I'm going there today, it's only about 10 minutes from our resort.
