House hunt is back to the beginning.
The one home and property the Lady I both really loved...we were doing our due diligence and researching with the township and planning departments to see what we could actually do in terms of renovations if we did buy the property...too many hoops to jump through in order to do what we wanted. Also, while we were doing that, the property and home sold...well below listed price, but still well, well above what our projected value and amount we'd need to put into renovations. So it all worked out the way it was meant to.
We're still on the hunt...
