hi everyone.. rainy cool day here. not fun. did have some fun shopping at a local rummage sale. but holy freakin busy. then home to have a nice hot cup of coffee.. only to find a dead spider floating in it ewwwwwwwww.

I am guilty for the first 3 though. I never get enough sleep and I've really stepped up veggie consumption and let my protein dive with this diet. Guess I need to work on a better balance.
