Chat-A-Thon Thread

Morning everyone. It's foggy here this morning, had a light rain that started about 2:30am and continued till about 4 It's suppose to be in the mid 80's today with lots of sun, so I hope so. I was going to take today off, just relax and maybe go to the pool.

We went to the gym yesterday and I may or may not have worked myself to hard. So, I may or may not have had touble sleeping because my back and legs hurt. I think a swim in the saltwater pool and a dip in the hottub my be my answer :shrug:

Good morning! Hi, Holly! We were supposed to get freezing rain overnight, but it didn't come, thank goodness - it would be hell with all the snow we have.

Morning Nat, sorry you have so much snow currently. Isn't it always the way, just when you're getting used to driving in the snow again, it rains and sends everyone into a tailspin, literally. I hope you don't get that rain, it will be so dangerous. If that happens at home, I try and encourage my daughters to work from home if possible. Not worth taking a chance with your life if you don't have to.

Cause thats the time when all the brainsurgeons with a 4X4 think they own the road. HELLO......since when did having a 4X4 make any difference on ice.....oh ya, I love it when they figure that one out....WHEN THEY'RE SITTING IN THE DITCH on the side of the road!

Morning all! Holly, where are you that it's going to be in the 80's today???

Morning sheets, we're in Florida for the winter. We usually go to Texas, but after having the grandkids to Disney World this summer, my dh decided he wanted to try Florida this year.

I like it, but the humidity seems to be playing some havoc with me. I'm sure I'll get used to it. I'm used to the humidity in Ontario, east coast or Texas, but being right on the bay, it's crazy here. Even have to adjust my baking somewhat although I'm not really sure why.

We have a nice 5th wheel trailer we bring down south every winter. Here is a pic of our spot this year. I love the fact that I can buy flowers....they smell so....well summer!

Morning, well I'm not rich or anything lol. My cousin keeps saying geez you out did us again. Not that I was trying, I just like do these things for christmas. :)

Holly, you're on, Lady! How long are you there? Where are you exactly?
If we decide to go down there again for the month of March, perhaps we'll visit!
How's the shopping there?

It's a dreary day here, but the worst part is, there's STILL NO POWER in Bergen County in NJ where we'll be next weekend! Our hotel is still without power and the PATH is still not operating into NYC!!! It may be the bus {{{shudder}}} or Amtrak.....fingers crossed it'll all be restored by the weekend....:(

Hope so..I think they're working on it as fast as possible..:)

my purse is a weird fabric.hard to decribe.it is like a soft,threaded fabric with fake leather accents.it's like ribbon almost,satin i guess...so maybe not in the dishwasher is a good idea.it's white and the dirt is showing on it...so maybe just a cloth with detergent on it and water will work...
