Chat-A-Thon Thread

Good Morning everybody! Sorry so many of us are still under the weather :-( Kiddies are still not up to par, and I seem to have gotten it the worst! Hubby, as usual, has not caught it. Lucky guy :-)

I too have so much to do that it would be hard to take it easy if not for the fact I find it difficult to leave the couch! I just want to get my Christmas shopping done, usually I'm done by Dec 1, but this has been such a muckup of a year for us... I'm gonna have to wait for the weekend though, I just don't feel up to doing anything!

Sounds like we all need to get together for chicken noodle soup lol... and wine, cause wine cures everything ;)

I have a lot of Christmas shopping still left to do as well but it'll have to wait for a few days

morning everyone.. not the greatest of mornings here.. but its done....no one's sick here.. knock on wood.. although waiting on results from a walk in to find out if my sons hand is strained or fractured.. he fell on it on Wednesday when he went flying off his bike riding it in the icy sidewalk..they said its not broken but weren't sure without xrays y it was swollen.. so now we await back those results.. im sure he's fine.. he better be he's got a room to clean up.

still trying to wake up.. coffee's not doing much.. so many things on my brain i have to do.. must finish things today.. shopping trip planned for tomorrow. for the first time nothing planned for the weekend.. how did that happen.

meh im sure he'll be fine bub. he's just a normal teenager with an extra added bit of 'tude' who thinks he can't do anything.. oh whoa is me does not work with me.. and he ain't getting away with it. he has no issues out there riding his little paddle skateboard he sure as heck can help around the house.. ykwim.

morning everyone! my oldest went to JK today, she still cries when i drop her off..she doesnt want to leave her mom. breaks my heart every time. the teacher said she's okay once she's inside but gosh that crying and pleading for me really guts me.
i have a bit of shopping left to do as well but my neice offered to babysitt for us on saturday so we can brave the malls, walmart and costco sans kids - thaaaaaaaaank the lord. i cant even imagine.... so today i think claire and i will just hang out, maybe wrap some of daddys gifts.

awe that's rough to watch yup :( but i'm SURE she has a blast once you are gone. i did the same thing to my mom lol

grounded til Monday? wow you are good.. i couldn't last an hour.. well no they couldnt' .
no worries grace'smommy they never remember those moments when they are older.. but it is harder on us then them.. *I* still remember the day my son forgot to kiss me good bye his teacher ushered him and rolled her eyes at me when i said heh he didn't say good bye.. i cried the whole day.. hmm. same kid still causes me grief somedays LMAO.

yeah it's pretty tough. she goes every other day so i think the break in between adds to her anxiety (shes painfully shy). i'm sure once she's inside she's playing with her little friends, so at least there's some comfort in that. :)

Have a wonderful Thursday everyone :-) My plans for today are doctor appt then lawyer. I changed my mind on the what wht career would you choose if you could start again ($250/hr good grief).
