What a lovely day... our pellet stove, which is our main source of heat, burnt out last night... like, the wires burnt out :( I'm just thankful that nothing caught on fire. So now we have no heat aside from a couple of electric heaters and we have the oven on with door open. Dad is getting another one today but it will take time to put it in. Ugh :(
So to answer Holly's question, freezing is on the agenda today lol. It's minus 20 something with the wind chill right now :(
Sheets, that sucks about the pellet stove. We used to have one in a home we had several years back and they are fabulous for heat. I hope it's not to expensive to repair. Using electric heaters costs so much money. Hopefully someone can repair it for you soon.
We've had a lot of trouble with this one, many people have told dad that it's a piece of crap :( My sister and her husband have a second one that we're going to borrow for now... it's huge! Like, turbo pellet stove lol. The heat is nice from them but nothing beats wood stove heat!
aww Tami... heres a nice warm (((hug))) to get you through. at least until your heat is fixed.

Geez every time I come here to ask a nice question like if anyone has any dinner party ideas. The people right above me either, have the flu, someone died, they're freezing to death come on happy thoughts lol. ;)
But really On feb 20th at my new place I am inviting 4 girls I used to work with over for dinner. Any idea's for food or anything. I was thinking lasagna and salads and after that don't know. and yes I am more comfortable around girls lol.

Yes 4 girls lol. I used to work with them at the travelodge. 2 of them are still there and the other 2 left before me. Dinner will be 6.30pm or so and I wanted to put lasagna in oven at about 5.45 to finish up. Just wondering for app's or something. :)
Oh yeah and bbq meatballs with the lasagna. ;)

Cabbie, you can't go wrong with pasta and salad! Another really easy thing is a nice roasted chicken.... easy and can feed a lot of people :)
Thanks, I'm looking at m&m meats online right now for a couple quick apps. I will probably make the lasagna myself bu the apps will buy. Will use the vera wang china I bought a few days ago(just because lol). :)

should have been finished Monday...if people here would get off their asses and do something, maybe i wouldn't have to still be working on this sh!t.
