I knew when I was going to be let go... it was a "give up your management position and go back to working cash or quit"... I quit. That whole thing is a loooooooong story and it's all politics and who was sleeping with who. Sad but I'm so glad to be rid of that place and I actually have a career now and not just a dead end job.
