well Kool-Aid does NOT work. I tried the green with the shampoo and nope. Then I tried just green kool-aid and it didn't take either. She doesn't want to try anything else (hates washing her hair) so I'm going to see about putting some beads in and then the funky elastics I bought her (one has long purple strips of fake hair and butterflies on it).

Wish me luck with the beads. lol. I think I'll need it.

Well I made it home. Got home like 30 minutes ago. Went well, was able to eat some popsicles & get quite a bit of water down in the hospital. Now that I am home though, I feel so swollen. Like I could kinda talk in the hospital, not now. Awful pain. It's gonna be worth it though!

Tonsillectomy/adenoid removal. After the surgery, the surgeon says he never sees tonsils as big as mine were!

I was thinking about you all day!! So glad it went well:) I had mine out in my late twenties and I almost died..allergy to morphine and I could not stop throwing up fr 2 weeks:(

OMG, poor thing. I can't even imagine being sick. I am in so much pain. Hurts just to swallow my own saliva. I don't know how I am gonna sleep. Gotta be up in less than 2 1/2 hours again for pain meds..
