Chat-A-Thon Thread

DD2 is Celiac, scope and all. I won't even let her play with play dough right now. Her most recent blood test came back with Really good results so we know she's not getting any gluten.

Expiry on the Betty Crocker's Is April 15. Planning on baking 50 cupcakes for a birthday party before then. If I don't use the others before the expiry I'll be baking And freezing them too. It's nice to be able to pull out of bag cupcakes and take them to somebody's place for dessert Without having to whip something up last minute.

Vee We like Bob's Res Mill too but haven't tried their Flour blend. I've been hitting up winners clearance for some good deals on gluten-free flour.

Dinner all done and I sent her home with leftovers..lasagna, salad and some cake. :)

Morning all...oh no, I'm all alone in here again this morning :confused: I guess I'll have to start answering my own questions again....:rolleyes: thought I was over that :tongue: Well, when you all get here, how was your evening. Hope nobody got to much of a dump of snow. Watching the news last night it looks like some areas of the northern USA got a terrible dump of snow and cold temps. Spring is coming, I promise!!! The weatherman lied again, as usual :cool: it was cool again yesterday. Well the temp was actually 78 but it was cloudy and very windy, so it was another indoor day. Today, suppose to be 89 and still cloudy, hoping to head back to Mexico for the day, but we'll have to see.

No new snow here, but still kinda cold. Soon we should be able to stay in the minus mid-teens.

Was snowing last couple days and yesterday was blowing around so it looked worse than it was but piles of snow everywhere.

See when there is so much snow they have to close off some streets to plow and shovel into dump trucks. ;)

By the way dinner was good. Her boyfriend dropped her off and picked her up. I asked if he wanted to join us but he sometimes feels weird in social situations(and I do too lol) He asked her who else was coming and she said just her which normally he wouldn't like but He told her I am the 1 guy he trusts her hanging out with since I have known her for like 5 years and he knows me and knows I am just her friend. :)
