today is day #4 for dd2 and the potty. wahooooo!!!! i'm so proud of her! she's usually a little bit delayed on most things so this is fantastic!!

I'll be attempting to cut 2" foam into the proper size for the kids' bench in their billiard room and covering it in a heavy burnt orange fabric. Yep....the rain will be a perfect accompaniment for that little job!

Hey Lynn if you are cutting foam use an electric knife if you have one.My sister taught this trick for upholstering and it does a great job, way better than cutting!

Morning All,
A bit overcast today....but the rain from last night is over...let's hope it stays that way. It should go up to 23 degrees today....ha.. I'll wait to see that happen. It's currently 6 degrees. Anyways...

Hi, TG...yes, I had asked our SIL to pick it up from his parent's house, but DH said he could use an axacto knife, which worked nicely...nnow to cut the fabric....!

what a gorgous day, off to do some shopping, was hoping to wash duvets, but alas hubby is still under it. LOL.

sheets, this has been the oddest winter in my life! Honestly, by April we are usually free of snow, and it's close to mid teens. I remember years when I was at university in the early 80s, it must have been much warmer, because we were studying for exams outside on campus!

afternoon everyone! there's still a bunch of snow at my inlaws up north. blech. i don't mind snow but by easter its time to go buhbye.

kids are outside playing with just their sweaters on - it's so gorgeous! dd2 is learning to ride her tricycle, so we went for a nice long walk this afternoon while dd1 was at school.

now just trying to figure out what to make for dinner... i think the kids want tacos.
