I just registered for dd1 for sparks. so cute! I always wanted to do that stuff when I was a kid but never did. it looks like a lot of fun for the girls. now I just need to order her a shirt, sash and pants.
about the employer asking how old you are... that's a big nono. I remember quite a few years ago it being on a job application at a place I worked and another employee informed the owner you can't ask age, religion etc. good luck on getting a new job though!
