It's best to ask someone from your local area. Try the local forum. I don't think I've seen these inserts in the national papers (Globe and Mail, National Post).

The way I see it, there is opportunity either way. If the Zest or Method coupons work, then fine. If they're not accepted then that is an opportunity to make a polite but assertive complaint to the company. And it would be a very legitimate complaint! Keep in mind the Method coupon appears to say "Valid only in Canada". I really wonder if all the Smartsources across the country will have these two curious coupons.

I would first say something like "I am very interested in your product and was looking forward to using this coupon." ...and then go on to say where, when and who refused it. Tell them you were frustrated and disappointed (because you LOVE their products SOOOO MUCH!). If that doesn't get you an apology (and maybe some coupons mailed out to you) then I don't know what will. Keep it positive and polite, though.

I'm expecting no! It is the same MIR as was in the last SS. They limit it to:"One (1) refund per individual, family, or household." Too bad, they should let you get one for each sink at least! lol
