im not mailing until sunday or monday but I'll give my buddy a little hint anyways - my buddy lives in the same province as me!! so you wont have to wait too long to get your package after I mail!

I have ruled about half of you out as my buddy lol. DH told me to smarten up and just be surprised.
Buddy hint " you are a very cool lady" I know vague as you all are lol

I am sitting at the Airport waiting for my flight in 2hrs my military transport dropped me off 31/2 hrs early so super borded. But DS came to me last night and handed me his IPad and had download a bunch of movies for me. I think I will keep him good kid.

My buddy lives closer to me than my last two buddies (B.C. and N.S.), hence I'm spending less money on shipping so my buddy gets a bigger box!

very exciting Good luck! Some PMQ are better than others. I have always enjoyed PMQ life there is always a great sense of community. Was really great when my kids were young. Any idea what your first posting will be? What is hubby's trade?

ATIS- Hes just finished a 3 year college prògram and is doing his 3`s as we speak in Kingston. Course ends November 2, so i assume we will be moving before Christmas. He has put in preferences as Greenwood, Moosejaw, Shearwater I think- LOL the first 2 are right, forgot what the third was

It stands for Private Military quarters a really fancy word for military housing on base.

I know all too well about PMQs as my father was in a Navy and all my childhood we travelled from Navy base to Navy base, usually in extreme northern parts of Russia. I'm sure our PMQs weren't as fancy back then... I think I used to have to change schools every 12-24 months

my auntie used to have a funny round one that you opened and lifted up through the counter, it was really odd - apparently the former owner of the house made it himself. if you have ever seen the movie 'fly away home' its was exactly like their fridge!

I must have the same builder as you hehe. Our kitchen is so tiny! I am surprised our fridge and stove fit in there. I need more counter and cupboard space badly.

Afterthought:
I am stressing just a tiny bit that my buddy will like what I sent. I didn't have a huge budget but I tried to be thoughtful and find things she would like and I did some crafts. I am worried about everyone who is filling a huge box to the brim LOL. I got more than 13 things in there so I think I did alright. I am just a worry wart by nature
