Potential Chocolate Promo Problems (renamed)

l just got off the phone with Shoppers this morning and limits have now been put on for the b4Kraft item receive 8000 points. You can only do this once and points will be added at a later date. POINTS that were awarded earlier will NOT be taken away.

Hope this clears up everything for those that are wondering.

Of course, she could have given you the points. When something goes wrong in a store, such as a "glitch" (that word is getting a work-out -- we will have to start calling it Shoppers Glitch Mart), you call Customer Service, they look at your transaction record, and make things right.

The email may work, but I would call again -- maybe you'll get a different CSR who won't give you the "glitch" line. The promotion is still active and advertised on the website. If you purchased eligible products, you are entitled to the promised points. Don't accept "glitch" for an answer!

HE HE I am heading out to work I am using that all day today, No sir I can't type up that letter there is a glitch in my keyboard! lol

probally due to a misuse to so many people No different then stores changing limits on a product when people are misusing and buying 50

Hmmm, well, they did "reserve the right to limit quantities". I guess they've decided to exercise that right. :(

l knew this was going to happen, but just happy that they are going to let you keep your points

Limiting quantities and limiting points when they said you could do it more than once are different though IMO

Thanks for keeping us informed :) I knew it wasn't gonna be too long before they altered this promo

Other users in the many threads are saying they bought 12 no issues today

I would still just like to get 8 bars! :lolsign:
