Pretty sure salsa is not 2.50 at Maxi, No Frills, or RCSS. It's 3 something. That's why you have to price match the salsa. So you get the chips for 2.50, the salsa for 2.50 and then use the $2 coupon. Correct me if I'm wrong but you do not pay tax on salsa, only on chips.

Not sure your stores, my RCSS indicated in the past, they don't price match multi buy ones. It was in the policy.
