So yesterday I went to Shoppers and fortunately everything I wanted was in stock! It was my 1st wedding anniversary this weekend and we had plans for Saturday and Sunday, so I went bright and early Saturday morning.
5x Loreal Hair Expertise 3.99 - $2 coupons = 9.95
2x Royale 12 double rolls 4.50 - $1 coupons = 7.00
1x Oasis Juice 1.99 - 0.75 coupon = 1.24
2x Eggs 2.29 - $1 WUB 2 dozen eggs = 3.58
4x Ritz Peanut Butter 1.99 - 0.50 manager's stickers = 5.96 (+8000 bonus points = $10)
2x Arm & Hammer detergent 3.99 - BOGO free coupon = 3.99
Best part: Get a mystery gift card worth $10, $25, or $50 WUS $50 or more on Sat or Sun.
The cashier didn't want to give it to me because my total rang up as less than $50 after the coupons, EVEN THOUGH the register gave her the prompt "ISSUE PROMO." Luckily her manager was next to her and said for her to give it to me.
I got in my car and scratched the back -- it was for $25!!
My OOP was around $38 after taxes. Minus the $25 GC and future Optimum point savings of $10, my true cost is $3!This thread is currently associated with: Pharmaprix, Shoppers Drug MartWant to earn free Aeroplan or HBC points for completing short surveys? Click here to join Asking Canadians!

help me understand this. are these the ritz snacky-type peanut butter and crackers on sale this week for $1.99? is this a multi-pack ? and do you get 2000 optimum points for each? please let me know cuz my little monsters at home eat these like nobody's business and i would love to get some points.
i looked in the flyer but i couldn't find it. is SDM giving bonus points on items and they are not advertising it in the flyer ?
i am also wondering if anyone knows if there will only be the one more Bonus Redemption Day before christmas and around when does this happen? i actually thought i would have more points for christmas by now but i think i spent a little too much time PM'ing at WM and i am trying to play catch-up

Great shop! I stocked up on the toilet paper, kleenex and all bran cereal (2.49 - 2 coupons), and a few other things. I paid about $35 oop, and my scratch card was $10... not as lucky as you but I'll take it. Way to go!!

What a great shop!
I stocked up on a few items, including razor blades for dh, Royale tissues, some ritz and gum (goes like crazy in our house) and a pack of two-bite brownies just cause and got a card too. But I haven't scratched it yet. Must go scratch card...
