I am wondering the opposite - my boyfriends mom said she never gets any smart source in her toronto Star (and they have daily delivery)! I will call her saturday though because maybe she just hasn't noticed as she isn't really a coupon person.

The Toronto Sunday Sun delivered in Innisfil get's the insert, but I'm yet to get one when purchased at a store (I figured maybe people were 'snagging' them from the stores)
