Since they're not unwrapped, I'd assume the OP didn't take them off the shelf and instead asked for them from the back. I've never been to NF, but I don't think unwrapping the product from its' shipping packaging is a frill I could be wrong though, of course.

PS. My No Frills just had skids of juice in the middle of the isle. They were all wrapped up by the case! You'd have to rip open the plastic yourself to buy a bottle or two. :>
