Thanks for posting this! I'm excited about Ziplocs being on sale for another week! Our NF accepts the coupons with no problems.....not like FB, I didn't know until last night, that they do not accept 'internet coupons' which was a bummer since their Ziplocs are $1.99 (price squeeze).

As for the Nivea coupons.....my Zellers has the $2 coupon tear pads still...so they'll be put to good use!

Does anyone know if the $3 Minute Rice sale is just white rice or is the brown rice included too?

White only...but you can pm the brown at Walmart...the add says something along the lines of "various types" and it lists the sizes as 600-700g or something like that, so it is open to interpretation. You can get the 600g brown at Walmart.

Like many, I'm new and enjoying the savings

But, I'm having trouble getting some of the coupons.

The main blog page - No Frills Ontario flyer - explains Renée's salad dressing is $3.00 - $2.50 = $0.50

Is this an in-store coupon or a printable coupon that is available?

Likewise, the main blog expresses Strawberries $1 - $1 = FREE!
Is there a coupon for strawberries?
