Thread: SDM and 20X points
-
Fri, Mar 25th, 2011, 08:20 PM #1
I think they are having 20X points this weekend if you spend $50.
I am not that great at figuring out their points yet. If I buy something with a FPC, does that count towards the $50? When is the best time to use FPC?

You can use other coupons, but fellow SC'ers said that FPCs do not count towards the $50 because they punch in a different coupon code.

You can use FPCs at Rexall. They count towards the $50 there.

SDM does NOT give points on FPC so save them for stores that give you other points! Rexall for Airmiles, Zellers for HBC points, Sobeys for points, etc

The cashiers think that but it is done by the system, so no. As long as you have a subtotal of $50 and everything is pointable you will get points
I get told that every 20x day and every time I tell them I dont care about the points and am happy with the base ones given my coupon savings and they show on the receipt and the cashier says 'oh well they will be reversed by head office' and they aren't

I used the milk2go coupons for B1G1 and since 3 of the 6 I got were free I didn't get point on them. Interestingly enought the register rings in the
2/$3 as 1@ 1.69 and 1@ 1.31. When she rang through my B1G1 coupons the register took off the more expensive 1.69 charges. SWEET! Not a whole lot of difference but a savings none the less.
