    Just received this in my email! Has this happened to anyone??

    It has been brought to our attention that some of our envelopes were not well sealed and your IÖGO coupon may have slipped out during processing.

    Yes, my envelope came unsealed too, with a notice from Canada Post that it had been resealed and sent back to me. The contents were not there, so I replied to the email from her, and sent a request in through the website.

    I thought this didn't happen to me but I was wrong! My daughter just went to get the mail and I received the empty envelope!! But no message from Canada Post about it! I am going to reply to the email!

    I kind of found Canada Post's "effort" to save my contents sort of humerous......what's the point in resealing an empty envelope?! Just let me know it got emptied in transit!

    I got an email reply from them a few seconds ago,

    Hi,
    We apologize for the inconvenience.
    We will be mailing a new coupon at your address.

    Mine was unsealed so I contacted them right away. I received the email re: unsealed envelopes about an hour later.
