    My coworker read this out loud at work today and we were laughing, so I felt like I had to come back and let you know that you made us laugh lol I'm glad that it all worked out well and that he was an easy going fella. Out of curiosity, what is SOF...do the letter stand for words? I don't think I've heard of this around here in MTL. Either way, I WISH I had the exceptional customer service that you received today when I go shopping---it's never the case though *sigh*.
