I said this last year to my buddy and it still stands for this years buddy: I am not a good wrapper. You'll have a good laugh when you see my lazy wrapping job but I promise that the gifts inside are good ones.

<Sigh> Just back from holidays and feeling a little overwhelmed by the 90!!!! pages I have to catch up on. Buddy I will do my best, but I think this will take a couple sittings to fully catch up :)

The kids at daycare were not supposed to wear costumes so this is my little guy ready for Halloween at daycare today. Saying Trick or Treat!

gwennad, my son who is in Pre-K isnt allow to dress up either:( They have a Orange & Black day. Yet my 15yr old who goes to highschool can dress up! Its sucks!

Question: what is an acceptable time to start trick or treating w/ a 2yr? I was thinking 5:30 but my neighbour who we are going with wants to start at 5pm! thats sounds a bit early to me.. what do you ladies (and 1 gent) think?

We usually go out about 5:30. At 5, no one will answer the door! Often aren't home from work too.

It is POURING with rain! Not sure how I'm going to deal with taking a 3 and 5 year old out in the cold dark wet rain...Guess they (read: I ;) ) won't be getting much loot this year.

thats what i figured too! Its drizzling out now, and there is supposed to be light rain tonight, so bought DD one of those cheap tourist rain ponchos (couldnt get a clear one, but managed a yellow one that is still see-through) to put over her dragon costume.

DD is now excited for trick or treating, but apparently her doggie (stuffy) is scared of monster and halloween!
