Jezebel's Surprise Advent Package Train

Wheat Belly is an amazing book, but man did it make me mad!! Anyone with an e-reader who'd like it send me a pm with your email address and I can send you a copy of it. My dad found it for me after I bought the book. I am not sure why, after reading it, I still eat wheat, actually I know, it's addictive, literally it activates the same part of your brain as certain drugs. How nuts is that?

i haven't read it but my MIL (the nice one) read it and has lost 35 since the summer just be eliminating wheat from her diet.

trust me it works - about 5 years ago I developed sensitives to almost all food and I cut what from my diet completely and lost 20lbs of weight that I didn't need to lose (still trying to gain that back, please don't hate me) I can eat wheat now but I don't eat too much as I feel better when I don't eat too much.

my cousin in England is also doing a natural wheat/sugar type diet to try and get pregnant... Hopefully it works.

Jez - I hope some of the items made it ok. I should have wrapped them better! The things that might have leaked were at least in plastic bags which hopefully contained any mess. The edible massage oil I can send more when the weather is warmer lol. When you use it, if you blow on it it gets really hot ;) And yes, it's a catnip toy, my own cats tried to steal it, I guess I should make them one too lmao. The little one kept trying to "help" while I was making it.

I haven't gone completely wheat free (don't think I could do it) but I have seriously reduced how much I eat and have lost 10 lbs in 3 months without extra exercise or other diet restrictions.

DH has a man cold, so looks like it will be another day of whining around here. Thinking I might take the kiddos out to a movie using the passes Jody22002 sent me in my package :cheesygrin: Hope you all have a great Saturday!

This made my day so much better after going to the doctor this morning. Yes I tore my ACL, but I have to wait for an MRI to find out exactly how bad, 3 opinions all have beliefs that it is completely torn though. Until I can get an MRI I will be at physio to strengthen the muscles to keep my knee stable

Thank you to you and the other package train helpes for all you do with the package trains. I am sure it can't be easy to make some of those decisions. I do agree that neutral feedback should probably be left in some cases.
