up at the cottage my FIL made his favourite chilli (I can't eat it because it has pork in it), and man was it ever ugly!
I have lost five pounds so far only 19 to go LOL. The first 10 always come off quick and the rest take their time. I am going to the gym with my hubby a few times a week starting Monday. Need to do something about my arms they need some definition. Does anyone ever notice how hard it is to have a firm tummy...how the heck do you do it
