I received a wonderful package from Coyote today...it showed up around 3:00

- a beautiful hand painted plate
- a grogeous hand painted mini painting
- a fantabulous hand painted mug
- a caramilk fondue set...mmmm
- 3 caramilk bars...did i mention i love caramel lol
- a box that had two lovely christmas balls
- the box also had a $25 walmart card
- a breakfast recipe book
- a roasting recipe book - i was checking those out right away lol
- 2 colorful snowman and santa note pads....which DD took right away lol

So happy you liked it . The cup and plate are supposed to be functional according to the spray that I used to finish them with...I myself am not so sure LOL.
I painted the balls to lmao with nail polish rofl

Do you think you can make a fondue with caramilk bars? This I would have as a treat sometime after I am on track

k.. im shaking.. like literally shaking.. both from shock and excitement.. jeze.. wendyjane.. you ladies SHOULDNT' have.. im just in awe..

went to check my mail this morning.. expecting junk.. well i got a key.. to the big mail box.. i started to shake right there.. then i open the huge door and find a box of girls diapers.. ya you can only imagine the look on neighbors bringing that home.. aha....

its from Jeze and wendyjane.. i had to clean up a little first before i could open it.. but once i did.. i started to shake more. imagine 20 cups of coffee shake.. when you are not expecting something.. it just goes. bzzzzzz right through ya.. lol..

well upon opening it all.. i've discovered both wonderful homemade products.. oh my.. as well as some beautiful and lovely other items.. so included were (and I'll post pics right after lunch)

WOW. WOW. im still in awe.. Y me. .though.. there are so many on here that deserve this.. how do i say thank you..

*sigh* it makes me sad to think about not joining the V-Day train, but i really really don't think i should. My son's birthday is feb 4th so I gotta plan and buy stuff for that. BUT...... i think i'll probably stalk the thread anyways to see what all you ladies get! hehehe

The dog's going to end up costing me a pretty penny at the vets. Regular allergy meds are doing nothing for her so she'll have to get shots or something expensive sounding. Ack.

What an awful day!

Woke up to dbf having the flu. My car wouldn't start, so I had to boost it all by myself. I end up getting sick and throwing up at work, so I left an hour early. Stopped twice on my hour drive home.
Once because I was ill, and once because my seat of my car caught on fire!!!!

Yup...my heated seat caught on fire behind my back. It burned the seat, my coat, and my back too! I'm just lucky my whole car didn't ignite.
Lying in bed, trying not to move. So sick!
Please let this day get better!

What is the 52 week money challenge?
I'm tracking the amount of coupons, Air Miles & SDM points I redeem this year, nothing fancy just the dollar totals. Saturday I used $1.50 in coupons (really need to get them organized for the new year so I can find them!) and $10 in Air Miles at Metro, which kept me on budget at $40 out of pocket for the week's groceries. I may need more milk as monster has been drinking more than normal but still will be on track. I NEED to stick to my budget this year, I am hoping to move in a few months and I'd like to have another baby, which when you have to buy the umm "other" component can add up. And a house, someday I'll be able to buy a house but considering they cost the most, it'll happen last lol. Gosh I can babble sometimes!

Have a great Tuesday everyone! I really want to join the Valentine's day train but am second guessing it because of the money. I want to do the Easter train, is there a Mother's Day train? Babbling again... I'll stop

The 52 week money challenge that I have heard of is that you put $1 away for savings and each week you increase by $1....so week 1 you save $1, week 2 you save $2 etc. at the end of 52 weeks you have over $1300!
