I don't scrapbook. I tried it a couple of times, but couldn't get into it.

However, if the scrapbooking stuff would be appropriate for crafts for kids, I would be all over it. Hole punch thingys, funky scissors, stickers, ect/

I DO NOT scrapbook.

I tried.

Once.

Bought myself some fancy supplies and a beauty of a book. Sat down ready to create my book of memories. Glued two pictures together.. knocked the sparkles onto the pictures that were glued together.

Said "**** this". Closed the book. Put all the supplies into a box. Tossed the amazing two sided glitter pic into the trash.

Called my sister crying. She laughed. Then I laughed. And we agreed... crafts and I do not get along.

She was very happy with her box of scrapbooking supplies

he rarely comes on here I think I can sneak a pic up for a few days I will post one tomorrow sometime hehe

Question to buddy as I may have found some amazing deals for you



1. Do you do scrapbooking?I used to but am scrapbooked out....

2. What kinds of things can you use (please don't answer anything as I don't do this and have NO clue what these items are )

I have lots of stuff stil and a partial book done and 3 finished

make-up bag...no thanks I am a fuss pot LOL

update on Zoey......she bit me .....she is a tad protective of her food....who knew an empty wrapping paper roll would come in handy LOL
I used it to pull her dish over to me when she was done eating otherwise she is happy/ sweet/ playful .....

I am taking her to the vet tomorrow for a check up/ shots/nail clipping and to check out her teeth ...I did notice she has a tattoo so maybe they can see if there is any info about her although I have been told sometimes even with a tattoo they can't find much info on them...

.all I really know is she appears to be happy lounging and or sitting in my lap

I found it disturbing to hear she used to spend 12+ hours a day crated

I killed my computer with a cup of coffee. Thank god for my iPhone.

I scrapbook.... Sort of. I am addicted to stamping, making cards, gift tags, wrapping paper, etc. cling stamps, wooden stamps... Doesn't matter. I love them all. Love pretty card stock too!

my puppy that was rescued after being shot had food issues too. He has gotten much better an I can now stick my hand in his bowl but e isn't good about sharing WTO the other dogs and he is a pig. Always looking for food!

Our Shammi was a rescue dog too... first 6 months of her life she lived outside ALL THE TIME on a 3ft leash.... didn't have regular food or water. Would sleep in her own waste

When we got her home, she would eat and drink until she puked and would start all over again. With time and patience(on our part) she has learned to trust that we will always feed her and give her water. We still kennel her if we are out for long periods of time and bought a big rabbit water bottle and hung it on the outside of her kennel so she always has water... she looks so cute drinking from it!

We can now put our hands in her dish (mid meal if we wanted) and she just looks sad....

She and Max can eat side by side now and no "food guarding" happens.

Time, love, patience, exercise, praise, routine. All those things help

I was upset she bit me but said nothing to her...but she did look sorry I actually scooped up Jezebel who was fairly close just incase and snagged a snuggle from her...

Zoey was fine once her dish was taken up ....I am working on a routine to feed her at the same time I feed Jezz(diff room with me) as free feeding is not an option since I was only walking by when she bit me .....in her eyes I was a threat I suppose but she caught me off guard and it could have been much worse....

funny thing is she does not want to drink from her water bowl....only Jezz's but she does not try to take Jezz's kibbles... thankfully hasn't found the litter box as there is nothing worse than a "kitty litter kiss"

aww I know it will get better ...it is just heartbreaking ! Jezz was a rescue also and it took a year of loving and cuddles before she wasn't afraid of everything including her tail! now she is super loving, confident and very vocal even does a few tricks

I just don't get ppl ...I will never understand those who harm others along with these furrbabies...

I have a few baby gates coming tomorrow as I need to go out sometimes but really don't want to kennel her but can't trust her alone yet either....tomorrow should be interesting ...I have no idea how well she drives and the vet is across the city fom me.....

Hi all!

sorry I have been not posting as much- been away visiting family before the big move

It's insane here- we leave to move to NS on November 11, they come to pack the 8th and load the 9th. Holy crap it's going fast! plus DH and I fly out Saturday for a DIT (Destination Inspection Trip) in Halifax for 3 days. - so buddy, I should have an updated address for you upon my return as we will be getting our PO box while we are there

I am sick- and my kids think that 4:30am is aa great time to get up for the day. EVERY day. Gah! any advise for me on how to get them to sleep later? zzzzzz LOL

And to my buddy, you are almost done! I have to pick up about 3 more things and we are good to go! yee haw!

and to answer a few of the posted questions

I don't need any makeup bags- I have about 5 unused ones from clinique bonuses still

and I don't need any scrapbooking stuff- other than maybe the funky adhesive glue runner tape stuff that can be used for cardmaking, I could open a store with all the paper and accessories I have LOL

Jez your puppy is lucky to have found you and have a second chance at a happy life. It makes me so mad that people get pets and treat them like possessions. 12 hours in a kennel is terrible, poor thing must have been starving, I'm sure once he gets used to being fed regularly he will be less defensive about the food bowl.

As for the contest I have not jumped into the world of points yet as I just don't understand them and haven't had time to figure it all out. It's on my to do list...LOL I'll guess 300 000???
