On the 6th day, my DH Roger got a $5 McDonalds GC! Hes one happy man who loves his McCafe coffee Im sure he will need it as he and I took turns all last night taking care of Maile.whose sick

Day 5 brought my my favorite In Touch magazine, I love reading it at night before going to bed. So I added some Baileys to my coffee, turned the fireplace on and read the magazine... uhhhhh...


Dec 5 my kids received a gift for all of them, they opened it while I was gone to work and supposedly one of my daughters took a picture but I'm yet to receive it LOL

It was a beautiful Christmas tin trunket with three mini Colgate toothpaste packages and three packages of gum, the gum is gone already

When my son started daycare he was sick forever! Seemed to clear one thing up and he'd come down with something else. It does get better. Hope your girl is feeling better and you are able to get some sleep tonight too no napping at work! Apparently it's frowned upon, at least where I am

geez u ppl are up early.. kids were gone early here and hubby will be gone all day too. just me and the house..

so Day 6.. for me is 2 beautiful snowflake ornaments.. so pretty i think ima going to hang them from my fireplace. pics later.
AND two really neat gift card holders.. im going to put my sons guitar pics in there. the ones i had are flimsy and didn't realle hold up well from last year and dont look so nice after i was done trying to open and reclose them.. perfect timing.. thanks Shell..
LOL i can hear my husband plunging the bathtub.. apparently even though he won't let me cut my hair.. its a problem.. hmm.

speaking of shower.. guess what saved the day this morning.. Shell.. your mini tressemes. my son likes to do a complete body wash using this stuff ran out. and didn't tell me..i get in and its empty.. if it wasn't for those minis... *gasp..

Wow - I didn't get a chance to get on here last night and were you ever a chatty bunch. Work was crazy!! I fell right into bed when I got home, no supper, no couponing, no kids - just Coronation Street and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Day 5 for me was TWO not one set of Xmas oven mitts and kitchen towels!!

Day 6 was a 2012 Ornament and some Coasters that say "Happiness sneaks in through a door you didn't know you'd left open" and wow, is it ever. I will be saying that for a long time.

Glad you like your brushes Pumpkin - I was worried. I had just ordered them and then you said something here in the thread about not liking ELF. But I figure the brushes aren't make up. If you hate them I can swap them out for the Quo ones I got DD this weekend! PM me.

Off to work for one more shift.

Day 6 was another awesome gift I have 3 magnetic containers that are filled with gummy bears and purple candy corn(I have never had this before--but today it was breakfast)

I am going to reuse the containers to hold my rubber bands, pushpins and paperclips.. All items that Shammi if let to her "own rules" would eat. Mom doesn't want that vet bill!!

I will post a picture after... currently our camera is charging. I asked my hubby to take care of that last night... but you ladies know how that works sometimes. HA!

Happy birthday ladies!

Today our buddy gave us an epicure mix for cheddar, bacon, chive dip (I think that's what it is..it's out of army's reach & munchkin has a busy day so I don't want to wake her by moving!). She got a cute teething ring with different textures. I can't wait to use the dip. I love epicure stuff and having a home with a dining table is go ing to make it easier to entertain and make food for others...although, don does say that bacon IS his favorite vegetable...

We have a busy day today. Off to Don's client party that they host for work for 1 (open house and I have to go with the baby and do the happy family/arm candy bit). That'll be short lived this year though cause Alexa has her monthly appointment with her cardiologist at 2:30. Hopefully everythiong's good!

Thank-you! Day six I opened a scrumptous ball of multi coloured wool,and DD a zombie dog book,she is thrilled! Yesterday she opened bandaids with kittens with HUGE eyes! A joke around her is she makes 'kitten eyes 'at her dad when she wants something! Those went to school in the locker so no pic!
Our lovely wolf-dog would have that cat in a million peices in 8 seconds or less! She will be loved by a kid! LOL!

Mrs Sunshine I long for a day alone with the house!!!! Having raised two sets of offspring already I know how quickley this time passes,however toddler #4 wreaks havoc on me and the house!!!

If my Buddy is lurking I hope you and your DD are enjoying your gifts.
