I had to call hubby at work. Max and I were having a nap. After the nap.. he couldn't "find" his back legs. This could be because of his condition. Or reasons we don't know.

Hubby and Max are at the vet.

I am bawling my eyes out... typing to my coupon family.

oh! and for those looking for free iphone apps. every year for the past few years, apple has done a 12 days of christmas where for 12 days they give away an app or something for free. this year it starts dec.26th. you can download an app that will notify you starting dec.26th every day for which app what is free that day.

I've gotten some pretty fun games, etc. =)

Off to work - dayshift weekend here, but I have 9.25 hours of vacation left for the year that I am using up in bits over the weekend. It breaks up the 3 long 12 hour shifts. After the weekend we work wednesday night and then off til the 28th, work one night and then off til the 2nd! Our plant shuts down for maintenance over the holidays which makes it nice for us

The restoration people finally came back to put in the toe kicks on the cabinets and frame in my pantry yesterday and we gave them the long list of 'not acceptables and not done yets' They said they will be back Monday now. I am giving up on waiting to decorate for Xmas, they will just have to work around it. I think kids and hubby will go get a tree tonight and we will decorate it when I get off early tomorrow. The rest I can putter at.

Day 14 for me was another package of awesomeness from Bri - Christmas Cupcake decorating kit and TWO packages of Wilton candy melts in red and green!! These are going to be awesome for when I have my Girl Guides over on the 23rd for baking and crafts! Thank YOU!!!!

Day 14 is a tin full of DAD'S OATMEAL COOKIES YAY!!! Thank you Melissa, I'll be enjoying some of those for breakfast after I drop off the kids Trent got some really cool cheddar crackers shaped like sea life. He's been loving his lunch snacks this month..thanks Jezebel!!

On the 14th day of December my buddy slambert gave to us - a really cool activity book for Jackson and an apple cinammon (mmm) diffuser for me! Very nice and smells pretty, like an apple pie, which I love the smell of but don't like to eat... weird right?

Hi Ladies,

Happy Friday. I am happy to report that the night went well. This morning was normal and right now the doggies are having a nap. I am thinking of crawling back into bed myself. I have a headache. It happens after I cry.

But, that was yesterday. Today is a new day. I am looking forward to tomorrow. Hubby and I have a planned date night. We have asked my nephew(15) to dog sit so that Max is not alone and like good parents, we will have our cell phones with us.

My day 14 gift is going to be saved for my toes... I will have pretty toes for Cuba. Thanks Bluz for the very pretty(and sparkly) nail polish and stickers... I know they should go on my fingers.. but... I have the horrible habit of bitting my nails. (How can I quit smoking but can't stop bitting my nails?!?)

Day 14, Armygirl got for me... 2 nail polish (dark purple & dark pink) as well as a beautiful purple long necklace! I love necklaces that dangle so I could accessorize with my professional work outfits I didnt have the colour purple so its perfect for my outfit today!

I'm not sure he noticed it was purple (I did) he just started flipping through it looking for the cars! One track mind this morning. He asked Santa for a purple car Wednesday, I don't think I got him a purple car. Now I don't know what to do!

I am looking forward to tomorrow's gift for me, it's the only one that feels like it could be a painting from you and I am so hoping there is one in there!
