thank'S Patty for the recipes, sounds and looks good....
you reminded me to make some rosted garlic.....so yummy and usefull
We've been making super-chunky apple sauce (McIntosh and cinnamon) and freezing it in yogurt containers. Snacking on them as popsicles or warmed up as single servings. With a square of Lindt 85%. hmmmm...you could melt it over top of the warm apple sauce. Not too many calories and it's within my snack budget.
This is NOT directed to anyone on sc.....it's for my " other " friends.

Stopped by WW to buy a new calculator (my old one is out of date) and ended up also buying a starter pack for $15 (comes with 2 books and a tracker and a coupon booklet). I also picked up a bunch of coupons at the cash, the lady told me to take as many as I want (I took 10 but there was probably 30-40 there). There's a $1 off WW Sweets (cookies, cakes), $0.75 off Jolly Popcorn and $3 wub 5 Smart Ones.
I wish you all the best on your weight loss journeys!!
Right now I am trying to gain muscle and a little weight.....protein up to my eyeballs and lots of heavy lifting in the gym...and a good yoga class to stretch things out!
There is a great site out there....just google eat clean diet. Lots of ladies/men posting and some great stories and recipes. It's not a diet but a way to eat the things we were meant to eat...fresh unprocessed foods.
shout if I missed adding you to the list on post 2
