Thread: Diaper advice needed...

I want to surprise my friend at her shower and make her a mountain of diapers. As I'm still new to couponing and never shop for baby stuff, what is the best way to get diapers for a low price? She just announced her pregnancy, so I have time to work with.
I'd like to help her out and I know diapers can be very expensive

Do LOTS of trading on here!---- get on as many trains as you can.. and for your wish list, as for any diaper/wipes coupons. If you go onto www.similac.ca request a free sample, with you sample you will find a booklet of manufacter pampers coupons! they are great. If you have family & friends around you, register their address as well. There are pampers coupons online right now. And also "i think" they are coming in the new coupon book this week. If you have a London Drugs, do all your Price Matching their, and stack your coupons. I find it easier to stack on the Mega Bags of diapers.. so they are usually about 12.99-13.99each. sometimes 2/26.99. If you take a look at my threads I posted, you will see me diaper shopping trips!!!! Let me know if you need anymore help!!!!

watch for deals as RCSS/Loblaws.. they often have diapers in their clearance section for 50% off. combined with coupons very cheap.

I agree with the advice above. In Ontario, 15 cents a diaper is a pretty good deal... especially on the smallest sizes. However, there have been times where I got some for 10 cents a diaper - usually on 50% off stickers combined with coupons.
Make sure you sign up at Pampers.ca and Huggies.ca with your friend's due date. Pampers coupons are often available through Brandsaver.ca and websaver.ca. Although, the coupons from the manufacturer are often more valuable.
Hope this helps!

I usually have a handful of diaper coupons that keep building up and I either look for someone at work to give them to or leave them on a shelf in stores. I would glady let them stack up and mail them out if you wish. I would suggest becoming familiar with the diapers and different types in order to know when it is a good deal.
