Im having problems redeeming for the free snack..it keeps saying invalid code, I tried entering it all CAPS,entering it with "-" and it still says invalid pin. Can some one help please. thanks

Mine are coming up invalid pin as well. I am assuming with the recall of Miniwheats they have glitch in the system and there is no point in contacting them until all the hoopla is over.The promo is on for quite a while and usually Kelloggs is great when you email them with a problem, but I would give it a week or two until they are caught up with the extra emails and call they are getting.

I am glad yours worked for you Wolfie! I tried entering mine again using this link and still comes up invalid pin. I fired them off an e-mail to let them know. Hopefully I will get some resolution on this. I hope they don't think I am a chronic complainer but the last time they had a promo where you had to enter pins none of mine were legible so had to e-mail them and they sent me new ones.Oh well I will see what happens the world won't stop if I don't get the FPC's!!

I don't know why they print such crappy pins. If they ensured clearly printed pins, they wouldn't have people calling to complain. Hope things work out for you.

Thanks I am sure they will fix it for me it might take some time until they get all the Miniwheat complaints over with though. And yes some of the PINS are impossible to read!
