Im NEW to couponing

Hi just wondering if i can get a little help im new to couponing, as in dont have any and would like to know how to get started, thanks

Welcome to SC and to couponing!

There's a lot of ways to start building your coupon stash:

1) collect the smartsource, redplum and brandsaver coupon inserts that come in the papers
2) look around in stores for tear pad coupons (these hang near the product and you can usually take a few)
3) join coupon trains (SC has a train subforum and there are usually trains for newbies)
4) trade for a starter kit (again SC has a trading subforum and traders usually will trade starter bundles for stamps)
5) Join the Adopt-A-Newbie program (the link is in my signature - go there and it will give you more info to the program)
6) Keep watch on Facebook (if you have it) since they often release coupons and/or fpc's (free product coupons)
7) Sign up for www.websaver.ca and www.save.ca and www.brandsaver.ca - they all have different coupons that you can select and have mailed to your home (some are printable also)
