    Maxi
    8 Rice Krispies Squares, 1.97, .75 coupons
4 Nestea ice tea, 3.49, free coupon WUB2 Rice Krispies Squares from coupon zone
    OOP 9.76

    Walmart
16 Swiffer duster starter kit, 4.87, 4.99 coupons, adjusted it to 4.87
    OOP 10.85

    Total OOP 20.61

Told the cashier that I wanted to do 4 separate transactions because coupon says I could buy 4 at a time. And I said that taxes are included in face value of coupon. He starts one item, then took off 4.99, then reads it and calls manager. Manager comes over and reads coupon and says I have to pay tax. I said no, it's included in coupon. Kept on saying I have to pay tax, ok, I will pay tax. Cashier starts scanning, lady behind me said wow, those are really good coupons, getting them for free, where did you find the coupons? I said Maxi, at the coupon zone. Do you want some? Yeah sure, I said go and get yourself 4 of them, so she left her cart and ran to get 4 boxes. When she came back, cashier was still minusing my coupons.

WTG! I picked up 4 swiffers today and they also adjusted the price. But my husband made a good point....it says right on the coupon that any taxes are to be included in the face value...so I'm going to point that out next time....it's just 13 cents on each box, but I sure hate paying taxes!

I really really thought this was a start the car moment because the manager kept on reading and reading, and I'm thinking, oh sh!t, won't let me use it for these, has to be the ones in the picture, that's why I didn't push the tax thing. Then when it was time to pay, the cashier kept on reading the coupons too. Was thinking, hurry up, take my cash, please please, give me my change, please please, then ran out to the car, lol.

I tried the same thing with the rice krispies and juice boxes but cashier read the fine print. It has right on the coupon that the free juice boxes can only be up to the retail value of $2.99. So I had to pay $.50 for the drinking boxes because the $3.49 retail value was more than coupon value. Be carefull not to get caught in the fine print. You really got lucky with your free drink boxes.

I found them at Maxi, Loblaws, and Provigo. I've been to so many, all coupons were there except the Swiffer, wonder why, lol.

I don't have much storage space left, so I took them out of the box and stuff 15 disposables into one box. I tossed the handles because don't need so many.

Great brag! Aren't the Swiffer coupons that you picked up good only for Loblaws/Maxi? How did you use them at Walmart?

Thanks to candymom1 who read the coupon properly, I thought the same thing too, only good at RCSS type stores, but it's not, it's a manufacturer's coupon. Now every time I get a coupon from the coupon zone, will definitely look at fine print on back of coupon.
