    So I haven't been connecting for awhile...so here is an update for you all to know about me...

    In August I applied for Income Assistance...and EI for sick benefits...referral to new housing

    September...I was accepted on Income Assistance...Started DBT Group Therapy

    October - New housing was granted and I get to move out of my parents house november 1st - parents saying bad omens in my wake of leaving
    - Really suicidal and decided to try to attempt suicide twice 3 weeks ago
    - Seeing a Drug and Alcohol counsellor
    - Pill change caused me not to sleep for 4 days but I got 4hour hours last night
    - Still waiting on EI sick benefits

    So any tips for someone whose going to save lots of money for groceries where is the best place to shop now that I am living on my own?
