Honestly, I like Swagbucks more than Clixsense. Yes, Clixsense pays more cents but Swagbucks has an excellent customer service. Swagbukcs support team always helps me. If I do a survey and am not credited for that (or, e.g., do a survey till the end and then got disqualified), I send them a screenshot and the time when the survey was done, and they always apologize and credit me. I totally rely on them, and that's why I know, I can do surveys without any problems.
But, on the other hand, Clixsense customer service is not helpful at all. Once happened, I got disqualified from a survey at the very end, when it "was going" to credit me. I contacted Clixsense customer service, they apologized and told me, that they can't help, that's from a survey site. Their apologies are appreciated, but they have to be responsible for what surveys and from what companies they post on their site. So as for Clixsense surveys, it's hit or miss, you can totally waste 20 minutes and get a frustrated zero, but you can earn a good $1 in 10 minutes. Though on Swagbucks you can earn $1 in 10 minutes as well, but you will never miss or waste your time because Swagbucks values their members very much.
And because in every brand, on every site, I put a customer service as a top priority, for me Swagbucks is the best!

I have never tried Clixsense but I do agree with you regarding Swagbucks. I did a survey on June 3rd and it was to credit within 5 days. It did not so I sent a ticket to SB's today and credit was received today so I made my second goal. :)Quote:
