I have heard of it but not banned myself. You say you don't drink energy drinks in one then do in another etc. They use all data. It can also happen if you rush them. I pretty much gave up on SB surveys, too much fighting for credit

The birthday(month, day and the year) and sex have to be exact the same as from your profile. I think if you enter them incorrectly at the first time, it will ask you again, but you will be banned if you enter incorrectly again at the second time. You can email support and I think they will reopen it for you if this is the first time you got ban. However, if you got ban frequently, then support will no longer allow you to do survey in the future.
