Yep. A lot of us have been posting the same thing over the last number of days. SB ticket responses have all been the same generic answer. No points awarded yet for this issue.Quote:

Starbucks survey worked for me late last night as well. I was a bit skeptical about proceeding knowing how many isuses others have had.
