    Yes - I have been a member for many years and have redeemed many many times. Sometimes you need to followup as of late they have become slow in redeeming sometimes. Overall a good experience

    I had enough points to redeem a 20$ visa prepaid giftcard but the part of we are sending you an email in 4 to 6 week you have to respond and confirm confuse me..Does that take that long to receive the gift card? Thanks

    Yes it can, especially during COVID, take much longer. I normally do Amazon gift cards and it can take a couple of weeks or sometimes longer. It can be faster, must most times it is slower.
