No Purchase Necessary. Making a purchase will not improve any Eligible Entrant's chances of winning.

The Contest is subject to all federal, Provincial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

In order to win any prize in this Contest, an Eligible Entrant (see description in Rule 2 below) must have correctly answered a skill-testing question (the "skill-testing question") without any mechanical, electronic or other assistance. The skill-testing question will appear in the Declaration and Release form referred to in Rule 8 below.

1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION

There are two (2) ways to potentially win a prize in the Contest:

a) by revealing a winning series of prize images on the Contest's Contest page (the "Contest Page") - see Rule 3 below; and/or

b) by entering the Contest's online draw (the "Online Draw").

The Contest is scheduled for the following period (the "Promotion Period"): the Contest begins on or about 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on January 7, 2008 and ends the earlier of (i) 9:59 a.m. EDT on April 9, 2008, or (ii) when Eligible Entrants have executed a total of 150,000 Contest Plays [see the definition of "Contest Play" in Rule 3 below].

By participating in the Contest, each Eligible Entrant (see definition in Rule 2 below) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by a) these Official Rules, and b) all decisions of A&P Canada Inc., and its representatives, which decisions shall be final and binding on all persons with respect to all aspects of the Contest and of these Official Rules and their interpretation and application.

In these Official Rules, a) the term "the Sponsor" refers to A&P Canada Inc. and, where the context permits or requires, any representative or representatives of A&P Canada Inc., b) the term "Eligible Entrant" means a person who is eligible (as described in Rule 2 below) to enter the Contest, c) the term "Participating Store" means an A&P, Dominion, Ultra Food & Drug, The Barn Markets, Loeb or Food Basics retail store in the province of Ontario, Canada which is participating in the Contest [use the link in Rule 3 a) below for a list of Participating Stores], d) the term "Prize" means a prize (as described in Rule 6 below) which is available to be won in the Contest and includes, where the context permits or requires, a Grand Prize as defined in this subparagraph a) of this Rule 1, e) the term "Grand Prize" means the Grand Prize (as described in detail in Rule 6 below) which is available to be won in the Online Draw portion of the Contest (see Rule 5 below), f) the term "Instant Win Prize" refers to a Prize [as described in Rule 6 below] which is available to be won in the Contest during the Promotion Period; g) the term "winner" refers to a winner, in general, of a Prize in the Contest, and the term "potential winner" refers to such a person before he/she has been confirmed as the official winner of such a Prize, h) the term "Grand Prize Winner" refers to the winner of the Grand Prize in the Contest, and the term "potential Grand Prize Winner" refers to the Grand Prize Winner before he/she has been confirmed as the Grand Prize Winner, and i) the term "the Official Website" means www.freshobsessedfeedback.com, www.loebfeedback.com, www.foodbasicsfeedback.com and www.yourgroceryexperience.com, and the term "the Contest Page" means the game page on the Official Website.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Subject to the provisions of these Official Rules, this Contest is open to any resident of the province of Ontario, Canada, who, by or during the Promotion Period, has reached the age of majority and has a valid e-mail address.

Persons in the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win or use Prizes in the Contest: a) any person who, at any time on or after September 1, 2007, was or is a director, officer, employee, agent or franchisee of the Sponsor or of any Participating Store, division, parent, subsidiary, affiliated company, service, promotional or advertising agency, or independent contractor of the Sponsor; b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials associated with the Contest, or in the administration of the Contest; and c) persons who are domiciled with any director, officer, employee, agent or franchisee of the Sponsor or of any Participating Store, division, parent, subsidiary, affiliated company, service, promotional or advertising agency, or independent contractor of the Sponsor.

In these Official Rules, a person who is eligible to enter the Contest is called an "Eligible Entrant".

3. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST

Note respecting Website Access: In order to log-on to the Official Website, Eligible Entrants will need access to the Internet. While Internet access is the sole responsibility of all Eligible Entrants, if an Eligible Entrant does not have immediate Internet access, the Eligible Entrant may choose to inquire in his/her locality about where and how that access can be obtained.

a) Make a purchase at a Participating Store and Go On-Line to the Official Website During the Promotion Period: Click Here for a list of Participating Stores. An Eligible Entrant can visit a Participating Store during the Promotion Period, make a purchase and obtain a receipt. Then, during the Promotion Period, visit the Official Website and follow the instructions to register with the Contest. Each entry is valid for one (1) online ‘Instant Win’ game play and one (1) entry to the Grand Prize Draw. An Eligible Entrant who is a first-time visitor to the Official Website will be asked to enter his/her store information from his/her receipt, a security code, and to acknowledge having read and agreeing to the provisions of the Official Rules. After the store information and security code are validated, he/she then will proceed to the Official Website's Contest Registration Page, will be required to register for the Contest by providing his/her full name, e-mail address, residential address (no Post Office Box numbers will be accepted) including postal code, and daytime telephone number and will need to create a password. An Eligible Entrant who is returning to the Official Website will be asked to simply type in his/her store information and a security code, acknowledge having read and agreeing to the provisions of the Official Rules, and then to log in with his/her e-mail address and password. An Eligible Entrant must then complete a short survey to advance to the Promotion’s actual ‘Instant win’ game page (the “Game Page”). Then follow instructions appearing on the Game Page to play and reveal a game message. If your entry is an entry to which a prize has been randomly assigned (see paragraph 6 below), you will reveal a potential winning game message indicating that subject to your compliance with these Official Rules, you may be the ‘instant’ winner of a prize. In that case, you will be notified in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 7 below. Whether you are a potential winner of an ‘instant’ prize or not you will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw.

Each Eligible Entrant may enter a maximum of three (3) times by making a purchase at a participating store and going on-line to the Official Website during the Promotion Period.

b) Referrals on the Official Website: If, after completing his/her Contest Play, an Eligible Entrant wishes, he/she can complete the referral page on the Official Website, and can refer to the Sponsor up to a maximum of five (5) friends by providing the information required on that page, namely, each friend's first name, last name and valid e-mail address. Any person who is referred by an Eligible Entrant in the manner just described must have a personal relationship with the Eligible Entrant by whom he/she is referred, and the Eligible Entrant must provide the Sponsor with a valid e-mail address which enables the friend to actually receive the Sponsor's one-time-only e-mail referred to below. Each of the friends referred by an Eligible Entrant will receive from the Sponsor a one-time-only e-mail at the valid e-mail address provided by the Eligible Entrant. The Sponsor's e-mail will outline the Contest. The Sponsor will record one additional Entry on behalf of the Eligible Entrant who refers a friend in accordance with the provisions of these Official Rules, up to a maximum of five (5) additional Entries.

Note: No matter how many times an Eligible Entrant visits the Official Website during the Promotion Period, the Eligible Entrant can refer no more than a total of five (5) friends to the Sponsor and in no circumstances will the Sponsor record more than five (5) additional Entries on behalf of any Eligible Entrant in respect of friends referred to the Sponsor by that Eligible Entrant.

c) Without answering an on-line quiz and/or referring friend(s): If you are an Eligible Entrant, to enter the Grand Prize Draw only, mail one original, hand-printed entry to the Great Grocery Giveaway Contest during the Promotion Period. On a piece of paper set out your first name, last name, home telephone number, full residential address including postal code and e-mail address (if any), in a postage-paid envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.

There is a limit of one entry per postage-paid envelope. No request that is in whole or part mechanically or electronically reproduced will be honoured.

Only three (3) mailed-in original, hand-printed entries allowed per Eligible Entrant and will not honor more than a total of six (6) mailed-in, original, hand-printed requests for entry received from the same residential address.

In the case of a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant in the Promotion, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter the Promotion will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to the e-mail address by the organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the applicable domain.

Note: No Eligible Entrant may enter the Contest in excess of three (3) times, whether by way of visiting a Participating Store and making a purchase and visiting the Official Website, without making a purchase or some combination of visiting a Participating Store and making a purchase and visiting the Official Website and without making a purchase. If any Eligible Entrant does so, that Eligible Entrant will be disqualified from, and will not be awarded any Prize in, the Contest.

4. THE ONLINE DRAW

The Sponsor will conduct the Online Draw on or about April 23, 2008 (the "Draw Date"). On the Draw Date, the Sponsor will conduct a computerized random selection of one (1) Entry (the "Selected Grand Prize Entry") from all Entries recorded for the Online Draw by the Sponsor on behalf of Eligible Entrants in accordance with the provisions of these Official Rules. The Eligible Entrant who submitted the Selected Grand Prize Entry will be the potential Grand Prize Winner.

On the Draw Date, after identifying the Selected Grand Prize Entry in the manner just described, the Sponsor will conduct a further computerized random selection of a number of Entries (each a "Supplemental Drawn Entry") from all Entries recorded for the Online Draw by the Sponsor on behalf of Eligible Entrants in accordance with the provisions of these Official Rules. The number of Supplemental Drawn Entries which the Sponsor will select will be equal to the number of Instant Win Prizes for which winners have not been identified by the end of the Promotion Period. The Sponsor then will assign, on a random basis to the Selected Drawn Entries, the Instant Win Prizes for which winners have not been identified by the end of the Promotion Period. Each Eligible Entrant who submitted a Supplemental Drawn Entry will be the potential winner of the Instant Win Prize which has been assigned to his/her Supplemental Drawn Entry in the manner just described.

Note: It is possible for an Eligible Entrant to win more than one Prize in the Contest, namely: (1) one or more Instant Win Prize(s), and (2) the Grand Prize in the Online Draw. If this occurs, the potential winner must complete all redemption requirements (including submitting all the required redemption documents) with respect to ALL SUCH PRIZES and must comply, in all respects, with the Official Rules for ALL SUCH Prizes.

5. NUMBERS OF INSTANT WIN PRIZES, CONTEST PLAYS, AND CHANCES OF WINNING: GENERAL

The numbers of Instant Win Prizes described in Rule 6 as being available to be won in the Contest are stated as of the outset of the Contest. The numbers of Instant Win Prizes available to be won in the Contest will decrease as the Contest proceeds and potential winners of Instant Win Prizes are identified. The chances of winning a particular Instant Win Prize may change as Instant Win Prizes are awarded in the Contest.

It is planned that there will be a maximum of 150,000 Contest Plays available to Eligible Entrants during the Promotion Period.

6. PRIZES, CHANCES OF WINNING, and APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES

The chances of winning set out below assume that Eligible Entrants will execute a total of 150,000 Contest Plays.

There are fifty (50) Instant Win Prizes, and one (1) Grand Prize, available to be won in the Contest.

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each type of Prize is set out below and is re estimated as of December 1, 2007.

The Instant Win Prizes available to be won at the outset of the Contest consist of the following:

a) $100 CAD Gift Card / Gift Certificate. Twenty (20) of these Instant Win Prizes are available to be won at the outset of the Contest. ARV $100.00 CAD. The chances of winning one of these Prizes are approximately 1 in 7,500; and

b) $50 CAD Gift Card / Gift Certificate. Thirty (30) of these Instant Win Prizes are available to be won at the outset of the Contest. ARV $50.00 CAD. The chances of winning one of these Prizes are approximately 1 in 5,000.

Note: The brand of Gift Card / Gift Certificate awarded will be based on the store brand used to enter the Contest. For example, if a winning Entrant entered the Contest using a PIN from a Dominion brand store, the prize will be awarded in the form of a Dominion-accepted Gift Card. All Food Basics prizes will be awarded in the form of Gift Certificates.

Grand Prize

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won in the Contest. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) $1,000 CAD Gift Card / Gift Certificate, with an ARV of $1,000 CAD.
