I bought an expensive bottle of Bourjois eyemake-up remover. At 1st it seemed kinda oily --so much for their claim of "Non-Oily"! - - But I kept using it because I could't really afford to throw it out and buy a different kind.
. . . so I'm 1/2 way throught the bottle and I discover that all that's left is WATER! Completely useless.
But get this. . .if you try to contact the company. . they DON'T EVEN HAVE A CONTACT EMAIL or phone. . . Gee. .I wonder Why??!
I looked up the bigger company that owned it and complained but never heard back boo.
Do us all a favour and don't buy crappy BOURJOIS products and waste your money. This thread is currently associated with: N/A

Did you try finding them on facebook? I think the kind of makeup remover you got maybe is a bi-phase one, which is half oil half water very effective but need a good shake before using.

Is it a blue bottle? If it is, it's a two-phase one, and as above poster said, you need to shake it. BTW it's a great product, especially for waterproof mascara. I love it, just a bit pricier than my regular two-phase Yves Rocher one.

I got a two-phase one from Nivea awhile ago. I didn't care for it.

The product is perfectly fine. You're supposed to shake the heck out of it to mix the oil and water parts together to get an effective eye makeup remover.
