I love love love loyalty programs!!!!

The backstory:
In the fall of 2009, I was car hunting and hubby and I discussed checking out Toyota and Kia. Well on my way to the Toyota dealership that day, I saw a Kia dealership first and decided to go in. To my awesome surprise and delight, I had walked right in to a VIP event for their grand reopening. My salesman was fabulous, talked to the boss and they gave me the VIP price - $2,400 slashed off the ticket price!

Superb service and excellent customer care, I brought a friend there and she bought a car too. Thanks to the Kia Member Rewards program, I earned 20,000 points for that referral which is $100 in cash.

Soooo, I got my car service done today and redeemed my points! $100 back in my pocket...my credit card is smiling...and I'm going buggy over all the savings I've racked up since Wednesday.

By the end of Sunday afternoon, I'll have saved more than $300!

We recently did a referral too with Honda, and they sent us a $200 cheque....just in case anyone refers their friends always ask if there is a referral bonus. We had no idea until we asked....asking never hurts
