SDM ON Flyers Nov 10 - 16 -2012, Bonus Redemption and GC Promotion

I'm not sure if I should use my HBC which has double points promotion or my SDM cc

If you use your President's Choice CC, you get points (I don't know how many points per dollar).

20,000 points is $20, I think.

Everybody, as long as it's not prepaid visa or master or amex or whatever prepaid you will get points!! :D I'm pretty sure, my TD visa is a travel rewards card too and I got points so it shouldn't be problem with PC or HBC mastercard!!!

pc master card gives you 10 points for every dollar spent and yes 20,000 pc ponts are redeemable for $20.00 worth of free stuff.And hbc cc gives you double the points if you use hbc card on hbc stores.

What the heck?they trying to make everyone spend points before mega redemption? I was hoping there would be 2x 20x points events but looks like I'll just have to spend like 150$ to make it to the high level on next 20x points day,if there is 1!

So if I get this right, I need to by 2 or more card for a minimum total of 150.00 and get 8000 points. I cannot used the GC I just bought to get other but I can use any credit card as long has it's not a bonus optimum credit card. One question, will I also get the regular base points for the GC, like 500 points for a 50.00 card?

You can not use the GC you just bought to buy another GC to get the BONUS points, ie they won't award you the points, since it's added 1 week later, I guess they need to track eligible transaction

If you buy SDM GC, you get base points of course!!!
