I went to Black's to get some 8 x 10's developed for $1.00. The sales clerk said as long as I prepay by Nov. 15th I can use them anytime. You can prepay for any number of 8 x 10's you want and use them whenever. Great for Christmas pictures.

Black's also has pretty good picture quality.
Sometimes the cheap prints from other guys like WM are horrible bcoz they use cheap ink and cheap paper.
