Feedback issues

HELP!

I just left feedback for my fellow passengers for a train - I was sure I clicked train passenger (except for one, which I actually made a mistake and did trade) But now, all of the persons say conductor... They say passenger on THEIR feedback, but conductor under my "left for others"

?!?!?

Also.. if you make a mistake, how do you change it?

If this info is out there, someone please direct me!

Makes sense for the one... but 'conductor' issue seems to be more than just myself... Any feedback i go to under their "left for others" strictly consists of trade and conductor... where it clearly should say passenger lol

It is an issue with VWT trains especially, the system was set up when SC allowed 1 rating per train and VWTs didnt really exist, they were all traditional trains or buddy envies. So when you say you are the passenger, it thinks that the other person is the conductor.
